Abstract

The structure of strategic decisions is considered both horizontally (in time of implementation) and along the hierarchy in the management system. It is proved that even in the simplest hierarchy of organizations from two levels, elements of strategy manifest themselves. Uncertainty increases as the plan-
ning period of a strategic decision lengthens, i.e. there are opportunities for the appearance of parameters unknown at the time of strategy development, both external and internal environment of the organization. The uncertainty of the future increases in the face of the confrontation of competing organizations. Strategic decision makers should make great efforts to determine the objectivity of knowledge about the future. It is shown that in the conditions of uncertainty of the future state of the production system, the role of a qualitative description of future goals and production resources in a strategic decision increases. Quantitative шndicators are being refined in the process of implementing a strategic decision. The hierarchy and role of strategic resources in enterprise management are revealed.
